Being the City of Love isn't working out so great at the moment for Paris, as the city recently had to remove hundred of thousands of symbolic (but real) padlocks from the Pont des Arts bridge in Paris to prevent it from collapsing, and has now seen those padlocks replaced by a series of urban art installations, with styles varying from "Keith Haring imitator exploring French stereotypes" to "a bunch of paint." Eventually, the bridge will get railings, which may not look much better.
