Next in this year's procession is the charming townhouse at 42 Downing Street in Clinton Hill, which is asking for $10,000/month for July and August (h/t 6sqft). The townhouse just off of Gates Avenue belongs to its listing broker, Nadine Adamson, and has four bedrooms including a master bedroom with an old-fashioned claw foot tub, a parlor with 12-foot ceilings, and a study. The townhouse also has a planted backyard, but it, unlike its Upper West Side contemporary, does not come with the pictured chickens (as the listing stresses...twice).
