How One Parisian Lives Comfortably in 121 Square Feet

New, 23 comments

This lovely tiny apartment in the historic Paris neighborhood of Le Marais might just the Parisian counterpart to that impressive 90-square-foot studio in New York City. Though a tad bigger at 121-square-foot, it's nonetheless stellar proof that coziness and style do have a place in micro dwellings. Dreamt up by French interior designer Marianne Evennou for a woman working in the fashion industry, the compact but sophisticated abode is intended to be the ultimate oasis amidst the client's constant whirlwind of travels. Upon entering the door, there's a kitchen nook on the right and, directly ahead, a living area with a daybed, a small desk, and bathroom. A ladder in the kitchen leads to a lofted bed.
