A set of historic 1800s gold-mining cabins near Steamboat Springs just sold for $850,000, although they were originally listed four years ago for $1.95 million. Currently functioning as a rustic lodging property, the Cabins at Historic Columbine's new owners are getting 35 acres of aspen forest, 14 unique guest cabins, a general store, and several outbuildings at the base of Hahn's Peak, about 29 miles from Steamboat Springs. You can check out the available cabins for rent, over here.
