The Most Depressing Listing in the Country Is Now $1,000 Cheaper

New, 2 comments

When this 1,008-square-foot garage in Washington, D.C. was listed back in April for $900,000, we speculated that it just might be the most depressing real estate listing in the country. The fact that the property (address, 0 21st Street NW), marketed as a development site but also located directly underneath some power lines, has failed to find a buyer seems to, if not confirm, than at least not contradict that speculation. But now, two months later, the owners seem to have gotten the message and have dropped the $899,000. That is just the perfect pricechop for this listing. It's a weekend miracle!
