The Most Depressing Listing in the Country Is Now $1,000 Cheaper

New, 2 comments

When this 1,008-square-foot garage in Washington, D.C. was listed back in April for $900,000, we speculated that it just might be the most depressing real estate listing in the country. The fact that the property (address, 0 21st Street NW), marketed as a development site but also located directly underneath some power lines, has failed to find a buyer seems to, if not confirm, than at least not contradict that speculation. But now, two months later, the owners seem to have gotten the message and have dropped the price...to $899,000. That is just the perfect pricechop for this listing. It's a weekend miracle!
