The mansion in London's Kensington Gardens where J.M. Barrie lived when he wrote Peter Pan is on the market for a hefty price of £6,950,000 (just under $11 million). That's a lot of money, but then again, the house isn't just the place where Barrie wrote the book, it also served as the inspiration for the Darling family house, where Peter arrives to take Wendy, John, and Michael to Neverland, and not only that, but many of the period details have been retained. It's not every day you see a house literally right out of a famous and beloved story.
