This Sleek Modern Home in Napa Valley is an Absolute Dream

New, 6 comments

If you're going to living among the vineyards of the Napa Valley, you'll want to make the most of the striking landscape. That's precisely what West Coast-focused studio Jørgensen Design has done with this "House Set On The Valley Floor": they've crafted no less than four generous terraces that immerse residents in their surroundings. According to the firm, the house's simple set of materials—stone and wood—reflect the location's rural quality. Each bedroom is equipped with sliding glass doors that quickly blur the line between interior and exterior. However, the real show-stopper is the kitchen/dining space: nearly 50 feet of sliding doors fully open half the room to the vineyards.
