New York Man Builds House, Now Needs Land to Put It On

New, 1 comment

Usually this happens in the reverse order, put a PhD student at the City University of New York is looking for a nice plot of land, having built a house. "I'm looking for a spot to park my tiny house," his Craigslist ad begins. "It's basically a trailer, 8x26 ft. This spot could be an open driveway, a backyard an empty lot you own. The house is very beautiful, does not look like a trailer, nor an RV, certainly not an eye-sore. It's 100% off-grid, no water, electrical or sewage hook-ups needed." There's nothing like owning your own home...unless you've got nowhere to put it.

[UPDATE: The house is actually not finished yet, and is still in the planning stages.]
