Edith Macefield House Plans Dashed, New Owners Donating Structure & Selling Land

Damn. According to a press release from broker Paul Thomas, not even a sale to a well-meaning mother & daughter duo will keep the Edith Macefield House from going "Up" to heaven. Despite beating out 37 other offers for the Ballard property, the new owners have had their hopes dashed thanks to Seattle code compliance issues.
