Grand Historic Victorian in Atlanta Could Really Use Some Love

This old gal in the Midtown Atlanta has been lingering on the market for a year now, barely bulging on its original ask of $1.5M. Built in 1891, the old-world and ornate home has a lot to love: an abundance of quintessentially Southern porches, a "secret garden," a modernized kitchen that looks as pristine as it is large, plus a four-car garage and carriage house. Could the florid wallpaper and general ornamentation be turning off prospective buyers?
