High Design Meets High Tech in LEED Gold Chicago Home

New, 1 comment

The Wicker Park/Bucktown area of Chicago boasts some of the most intriguing new construction and renovation jobs and this unique residence is a perfect example of what the area has to offer. It's located in what appears to be a former storefront with an upstairs apartment, but has been totally gutted and transformed into a single family home that is big on design. The two bedroom, three and a half bathroom home looks surprisingly spacious and also features a really cool rooftop garden and kitchen. Considering that it's LEED Gold certified, it's environmentally conscious and is packed with some really impressive technology. It also comes along with an attached two car garage. This home's bold look and high tech features will come at a cost however—$1.899 million.
