Incredible Restored Lloyd Wright House in L.A. Asks $5.3M

New, 1 comment

Designed by Lloyd Wright (son of Frank Lloyd Wright) and built in 1936, this stunning house in L.A.'s Brentwood neighborhood features the original cypress doors and panels, Brazilian walnut wood flooring (restored), and stone fireplaces within its 3,161 square feet. The kitchen of the four-bedroom residence has recently been remodeled and includes fancy appliances, a center island, and its own skylight. The backyard is like a far-away retreat, with bluestone pathways, a fountain reminiscent of the Mayan pyramids, and a koi pond (not super Mayan, but beautiful). Last sold in 2007 for $3.875 million, the "Lovingly restored & beautifully maintained" estate is now asking $5.295 million.
