Is this, perhaps, the prefab residence with the most breathtaking views and most gorgeous finishes? It's certainly in the running. Designed by Chilean studio Felipe Assadi Architects, the three-bedroom, two-bathroom Casa Remota—which measures in at 80 square meters (about 861 square feet)—is certainly more luxurious than some other prefab dwellings that have graced these pages. Designboom reports that this particular unit, which sits on the side of cliff on an ocean-facing parcel of land near Valparaiso, Chile, took just 45 days to assemble. Casa Remota comprised of four modules that are transported to the site and installed there, which surely helps the construction process along nicely.
