Classy 1964 Eichler Comes With Pool and Unfortunate Kitchen

New, 2 comments

The houses built by mid-century developer Joseph Eichler aren't just a swanky place to rest your hat; this listing would have us believe they are a way of life, especially in the Fairhills tract in Orange, California surrounded by other Eichlers and the people who call them home. (There's even an annual chili cookoff in the 'hood.) This four-bedroom, two-bathroom house, built in 1964, serves up those classic Eichler details, from post and beam design right down to the central atrium.
