Devilishly Good Design Available for Rent in Downtown Detroit

The Albert, located downtown at Capitol Park, has newly listed units on the market. The newly remodeled building has quite the checkered past in Detroit, given that when developers evict old people, that's generally a bad thing. Er…however, in the case of The Albert, it's still not awesome, but the brilliantly remodeled apartment building makes this particular deal with the devil seem almost elegant. The lobby in the totally tricked out 1929 Albert Kahn building, once home to the Miles Theater, is a study in plush velvet banquets, stately lighting fixtures, and stone.
