The Breckenridge Mountain Lodge is no more. Built in the early 1960s, according to the Summit Daily, the lodge was torn down to make way for a Marriott Residence Inn. The site near the south end of Breckenridge's Main Street will eventually be occupied by 129 suites, 1,800 square feet of meeting space and various other amenities, pushing the project's grand total to 90,000 square feet. The hotel is slated to be finished in fall 2016.
