Spend Your Vacation Relaxing by Hanging Off the Side of a Cliff

Forget lounging by the pool—have you considered spending your next vacation in a transparent capsule clinging to a terrifying rock face? Consider it, because those things exist now in Peru. The problem with other vacation spots is that they don't constantly make you think about how at any moment you could be plunged to a gruesome death. (We're sure the capsules are very well secured, but still, we're also sure that if we tried to spend a night in one of them we would wake up in a cold sweat approximately every 15 seconds.) But at least they're easy to get to:

To reach the sleeping pods, lodgers must first climb 400 feet (122 meters), or hike an challenging trail using ziplines. And you thought your walkup apartment was a pain.
