It's a serious sign for any relationship when family comes into the picture. Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris, music's new power couple, are no exception. The Daily Mail reports that the singer has set her sights on the 16th century, £4.6million ($7.17 million) Tower of Lethandy, part of a 40-acre estate just an hour's drive from Edinburgh, in order to have a home closer to where her boyfriend's parents live. While being closer to the family is a plus, so is owning an eight-bedroom, seven-bathroom estate with a heated swimming pool, golf course and croquet lawn (not sure if those last two are really the same thing). Formerly owned by a Canadian family and rented out as a wedding venue, the manor boasts a large kitchen and, according to a book about local historic sites, is "a strong keep, which would not have been easy to take without the use of artillery." If that's not enough of a selling point, the grounds also possess a "secluded and magical wooded den" and "wonderful woodland garden known as The Dell."
