Chile's winter has finally kicked into high gear, and it now looks like our southern friends are going to have the type of season that has us scrounging change for a flight. Ski Portillo has seen 85 inches in the past week. Valle Nevado got so much snow that it had to close the road to the resort on a Saturday just to clear it. Conditions are so great right now that the professional powder seekers are starting to descend. If you're still in the northern hemisphere, it's OK to be a little jealous after staring at these powder shots.
