Condos in Provincetown's "much-loved" Grace Gouveia Building have launched sales and, thankfully, the units all come with parking. New Boston Ventures purchased the property from the Town of Provincetown in 2014, despite the opposition from some local residents, and kicked off construction this April, looking to "bring the amenities and finishes expected in the high end Boston condo market to the Cape." In this case, the Beantown vibe means one-and-two bedrooms with "modern kitchens, Jenn Air Appliances, Grohe plumbing fixtures, private outdoor space, deeded storage, WiFi enabled lighting and HVAC, and much more." Speaking of much more, in addition to the parking space(s) provided with each unit, there will also be additional spots for sale, so there's no need to drop six figures around the corner. As for 26 Alden Street's six apartments, one is already under contract and all are expected to be completed this fall.
