While Malibu and the Hamptons are home to some of the country's priciest trailer parks (hello, $4 million!), Cape Cod holds no such distinction and mobile homes continue to provide both seasonal and year-round affordable housing. Case in point, Wellfleet's newest and cheapest one-bedroom, a Massasoit Hills offering with a $25,000 price tag. The 800-square-foot "family owned trailer" has been, per the brokerbabble, "used lovingly for summertime get-aways" and is part of a "well managed and established park" close to the Wellfleet Audubon Sanctuary. Unlike the Cape's least expensive two-bedroom, there's no mention of Christmas in July, but here's hoping.
