Settle Into a Tiny Seattle-Area Beach Cottage for $199K

It hasn't been washed away, yet. That must be some proof that this 1948 beach cabin found just the right place to be waterfront without being water-soaked. It is certainly positioned well enough to have water north, west, and south of it because it sits on Beckett Point in Discovery Bay, outside Port Townsend. Get out the tape measure and prove that there isn't much to the house, at least by the numbers. There's 1 bedroom and 0.1 baths, which is just another way of saying it's a studio. It also has about as much total floor space as some master suites: 376 square feet.

Curbed Seattle has all the photos. >>
