Life kind of sucks when you realize that $3.8 million is mansion money but that's still the price of this very-very-lovely-but-not-quite-a-mansion-house on North Bay Road in Miami. While that may be a Debbie Downer, this is nonetheless a great house, that seems worth every cent. The historic Mediterranean Revival is covered in vines, loaded with a yard full of big oak trees, has a killer living room with a very Spanish Castle-ish fireplace and vaulted ceiling, and even has very fluffy brokerbabble about a journey or something...
