One thing that you can definitely say in favor of these smoothies, created to resemble Pantone color swatches, is at least they aren't made with paint. Another thing you can say is that they are weirdly entrancing, and advertising art director Hedvig Astrom Kushner really did capture each color almost perfectly—though probably at the expense of taste. The light pinks and blues lend themselves fairly naturally to smoothie-making, The gray smoothie, on the other hand, consists of almond milk, dried figs, liquorice root powder, vanilla extract, and quite a lot of cashews.
