South Truro Stunner Now Thinks It's Worth $3,500,000

We first wrote about this Truro stunner in late May when the stunner on the bluffs hit the market asking $3,300,000. For whatever reason, the three-bedroom with views "across the Bay, Pamet Harbor, the National Seashore and the Hopper Landscape" quickly delisted, but has now returned with much better listing photos and a $200,000 priceupper.

Yup, these listing photos are much better than the spring version, the yard is looking less raggedy, and even the AGA range is shinier (okay, not really, we just wanted to mention the AGA). Here's the latest brokerbabble for 10 Thornley Meadow Road with its new $3,500,000 price tag:

The architect-owner has nestled the house into its setting of beach plum and bearberry and sited it well back from the dune face for erosion protection. It is designed to withstand winter winds as it welcomes summer breezes. Conservation land abuts the property; access is on a private road. Rough-clad shingles enclose a sleek and elegant interior; the spaces are custom-detailed throughout. Stone-paved terraces connect to an artist's studio and wildflower meadows. The house is 3600 square feet on 2.5 acres; beachfront is 174 feet; dune height is 95 feet.
