Half of "2inns" (pronounced "twins"), two identical houses designed by local practice Sebastian Mariscal Studio in 2006, the home overlooking the Pacific Ocean was featured on the front cover of Dwell in 2009. In that story, Mariscal described the residence as a "big deck with a canopy." According to Dwell , Mariscal had claimed one of the twins for his family. This one, just listed for $3.2M, looks rather too barren to be the Dwell-featured Mariscal residence (several shots from the story are included below), which certainly showcases the potential of the design.
