New Zealand's Crowdsourced Flag Competition Is Down to Four Finalists

The competition to determine New Zealand's new national flag (the old flag, according to the prime minister, "symbolises a colonial and post-colonial era whose time has passed" and also looks a whole lot like Australia's flag) is down to four finalists, three of which are different variations on the same fern frond design, and the fourth of which is a "koru," which represents a fern frond. We know it's too late, but we'd like to throw our hat into the ring.

See, it's still got the fern frond, but now it's a little jazzier.
