Tonie Atkinson, "botanical artist" and retired Air Force sergeant is going to court to fight the town of Hot Springs, Arkansas, which has demanded that she remove all the toilets from her front yard or face a $10,000 fine. The toilets-turned-planters, scattered throughout Atkinson's front yard, are host to a variety of flora, and her contention is that it is an art project. She also not taking it down without a fight, telling the local news station, "I still got more toilets coming."
