From Getaway, the tiny house rental startup founded by students at Harvard University comes this 100% solar-powered cabin dubbed the Lorraine. For now, the Lorraine is nestled on a forested site in New Hampshire, some two hours north of Boston. Its open-plan, 160-square-foot living area combines living and dining rooms (which doubles as a simple work space) and a small kitchen. A composting toilet is also on offer for when nature calls. The $99 rental fee will get you the cabin fully-stocked with food, bikes, and—apparently—even board games. Sounds like a perfect spot for a woodsy romantic escape or a place for some solo meditation.
