September kicked off with a couple of sweet sales by way of the historic Martha's Vineyard Camp Meeting Association when two circa 1870 gingerbread cottages found buyers on the second day of the month. First up is 61 Trinity Park, an adorable 2BR, 1BA "directly across from the Tabernacle where all the summer concerts, movies, speakers, art shows and the annual renowned Illumination Night takes place!" The 812-square-foot Victorian was asking $439,000 and sold for $425,000.
We first wrote about 79 Trinity Park in March when the 5BR, 1.5BA hit the market asking $519,000. To refresh, the 1,541-square-foot Victorian features an open kitchen and dining area, a large front parlor, and a rather lovely wrap around front porch. Last week, the eight room house sold for $506,000.
