Try not to read too much into this, Microsoft investors, but CEO Satya Nadella has just listed his Clyde Hill 4-BR for $3.488M. Nadella and wife Anupama purchased the 1968-home in 2000 for $1.38M when he was working his way up through the ranks. The 4,050 square-foot contemporary-style home keeps things wide open with vaulted ceilings that create an open living atmosphere downstairs. Not to mention it helps make for great views downstairs and upstairs from the balcony out of the wall-to-floor windows. Up there there's also room for a makeshift office or library. Among the four bedrooms is the master suite, complete with a rain shower. French doors take you outside where you can appreciate the manicured lawn and entertainment areas. Considering he took over as CEO in 2014 and earned a commensurate pay raise, it looks like he's about to do some serious upgrading on the home front.
