Room Divider and Wardrobe Creates Small Space Design Magic

Created by design firm Studiomama, led by designer Nina Tolstrup, this pastel pink combined cabinet and room divider is a chic, sleek alternative to traditional screens, providing a modern alternative for studio apartment and small-space dwellers who want to get more bang for their buck. Aptly named Metamorphic, the wood-framed storage unit—made of maple—features a central section with a hanging rail and drawers for additional clothing storage, and two two-panel doors that swing open to create a barrier between large spaces in an open floor plan. The wardrobe, Dezeen reports, can be shipped flat and assembled in place. Pretty cool!
