Extell's One Riverside Park has officially been on the market for two years, and in two years has penned contracts for nearly all of the west side tower's 219 condos. A few of the residences that remain unsold have since been turned into model units with top-of-the-line finishes that emulate what home may look like for those who can afford to call it that. Even for those who can, the building still costs. Available condos at One Riverside are asking from $3.95 million for a 1,500-square-foot three-bedroom to $25.75 million for a seven-bedroom duplex with a private outdoor swimming pool. Curbed was recently invited to tour the development's mansions in the sky, and it should come as no surprise that not one, but two of the palatial models feature these private outdoor oases. Other extravagant features seen in the models: double-height living areas and floorplans that consume more square footage than a house in the 'burbs.
