While New Yorkers often gawk at how (relatively) affordable Chicago is compared to neighborhoods on Manhattan and Brooklyn, one still needs to have some considerable wealth to own a residence in one of these buildings. Broker Fran Bailey has been keeping track of the city's priciest sales over the last several years and after looking at the median sales figures, has concluded that these buildings are the priciest in Chicago for 2015.
