The problem with having a big $9.975 million mansion in Connecticut is that it's probably the same as everybody else's big $9.975 million mansion in Connecticut. You have your seven bedrooms, and nine bathrooms, and interior columns, and wine cellar, and home movie theater, and tennis court, and greenhouse just like everybody else. So how are you going to set your place apart? How about taking a leaf out of this Connecticut mansion's book and having a private full-sized ice hockey rink? Or, come to think of it, you could just buy this place.
