Step Inside a Beautifully Renovated Detroit Home

A Boston Edison stunner we covered a few months ago has sold for $310,000, which is less than the original $325,000 asking price. Another renovation in the neighborhood is underway by the same group, with the help of the community.

Batton Homes renovated 2024 Edison with the help of individuals through the Mariners Inn, a Detroit program that helps the homeless and those in recovery get back on track. One of the last phases of the program is job placement, which is where Batton Homes is coming in. These individuals from Mariners Inn are helping with clean up, demo, and construction on these historic homes, while skilled craftsman work on the finishing and details.
