Treehaven, a Grand Bay Area Estate, Branches Out at $8.875M

We cover a lot of high-end properties, but when a home with a blue-blood name, a pedigreed architect, a dream pool, and an oak tree-covered lot comes on the market, we get to use the "E" word. Treehaven, located at 128 Winding Way in Ross, California, is what we call an estate (see the aerial photo above). It was designed by Albert John Evers in 1927. Evers was a Bernard Maybeck protege, and it shows in his work on this classic, shingle-style home. A two-year remodel was completed in 2015, and now it's on the market for $8.875 million.
