"I'm 38 years old and I'm a caveman," says Angelo Mastropietro (translation: master of the stone). That's pretty impressive when you consider that the life expectancy for an actual caveman was probably something like 15 years old. But what's really impressive is the fact that Mastropietro took this 700-year-old sandstone cave and turned it into a bright, modern, airy, home. The project took $230,000 and quite a lot of labor, and is now available to rent.
