Bjarke Ingels Is Designing a Public School in Virginia

In addition to possibly designing a new stadium for the Washington Redskins, Danish starchitect Bjarke Ingels is about to bestow upon the D.C. area one of the most—if not the most—architecturally inventive public schools in the country. Ingels' firm's Wilson Secondary School in Arlington, Virginia will feature four stories that fan out to give the impression that they are one continuous level. The design will also create outdoor terraces on each level.
