Artist Jason deCaires Taylor is set to open an underwater museum, Europe's first, later this month, having recently completed installation. Taylor specializes in sculptures made out of pH-neutral marine cement, which is designed to attract marine life and eventually turn his works into artificial reefs. As you can see from the pictures, the sculptures look pretty great hanging around on the ocean floor, although you need to either snorkel or dive to see them in person. Taylor has previously completed a similar installation in Cancun, Mexico.
