The long-anticipated transformation of downtown Atlanta's Flatiron Building into FlatironCity is almost complete. According to the Atlanta Business Chronicle, renovations are wrapping up at the 11-story, wedge-shaped structure across from Woodruff Park. Built in 1897, the building is Atlanta's oldest standing skyscraper, but it fell derelict for many years as the neighborhood around it languished. Now, however, it's back with some serious 21st Century moxie.
