Someone should introduce SHUGAA, a sugar crystal-shaped dessert bar in Thailand, to the Spring Street Salt Shed, the grain of salt-shaped salt shed in New York City, because we bet they would really hit it off. Or they would completely hate each other, and that's kind of fun too. The bar was designed by a firm called party/space/design, and the sugar crystal aesthetic is prevalent on the inside as well as the outside, with a staircase made of translucent blocks and geometric patterns in the lighting and on the walls.
