Peek Inside the New Dancing Bear Residences in Aspen

New, 1 comment

Since it opened in January 2009, the Dancing Bear Aspen Parkside Building has long been a favorite of Curbed Ski for its luxury residences and top-notch amenities. Located downtown with easy access to Aspen Mountain, the property is part of the high end Timbers Resorts collection which counts the Sebastian Vail (one of our Essential 38 hotels) and One Steamboat Place in Steamboat Springs in their portfolio. Now, the second phase of Dancing Bear is ready to be unveiled and we have the sneak peak.

Dancing Bear's original Parkside Building includes 9 three-bedroom residences and a slew of amazing amenities like a private rooftop lounge. The new Mountainside building contains ten residences as well as a whole ownership penthouse. Residential interests are offered in 1/8 fractions starting at $795,000. The price also includes membership in the Timbers Collection and access to other properties like this amazing Italian villa.

All residents have access to a spa, grotto, a full-service restaurant and bar, a below-grade parking garage, and ski locker room. These new amenities complement the existing amenities in the current Dancing Bear building (called Parkside), which include a private screening room, game rooms, wine cellar, fitness center, and rooftop lounge with breakfast bar, hot tubs, and fire pits.

Lucky potential buyers should head over here for more info. The rest of us can check out these photos of the new digs:
