The Park Record is reporting that the Park City real estate market saw steady growth throughout 2015. The past year saw a 10 percent increase in total dollar volume of sales, climbing to $1.85 billion. In Park City proper, the number of closed sales was down but the median sales price of a single-family home was 17 percent higher in 2015 than 2014. Nearby Kimball Junction and the Jordanelle area also saw big gains.
