One of Utah's small, under-the-radar ski areas, Eagle Point Resort, just announced a new ski-in, ski-out neighborhood called Aspen Crest. The first phase of development will have 23 home sites for sale with lot sizes ranging from 1/3 acre to a full acre. The houses will have access to the ski area's 600 acres, five chairlifts and 40 ski runs. No word on exactly how much the homesites will cost, but head over here for more info.
