Strawberry Park Hot Springs in Steamboat Springs is seeking permission from Routt County to build a new two-story duplex guest cabin. According to the Steamboat Today, the new building, designed by Michael JK Olsen, would replace two older cabin rental units. But don't expect anything too revolutionary; Strawberry Park is all about keeping the hot springs' rustic, woodsy feel. It's the latest move in updating the facility, which features 104-degree mineral water and is one of our favorite hot springs in ski country.
