Pablo Picasso was friends with the owner of this 13th century French chateau in the 1960s, and on one of his visits he decided to etch some murals into the walls. Now, due to French conservation laws, the murals are a permanent part of the property, and along with the rest of it are up for sale with an asking price of €8.9 million (roughly $9.8 million). While that might seem like a pretty sweet deal for a French chateau and five Picassos, it has been on the market now for a few months now with no buyers or price cuts.
