Elvis Slept in This Historic $600,000 Nashville House

The house was owned by Elvis's manager

This 1935 stone house in Nashville Tennessee was owned from the time it was built until 1992 by Colonel Tom Parker, a talent agent and manager whose clients included, most notably, Elvis Presley. The King himself often stayed here when he was in town recording (usually in the guest house), but the building is now threatened by development pressure, and is on the market for around $600,000 (the number varies slightly site to site) with the current owners, who had been using it as an office for their law firm, looking for a preservation minded buyer with an appreciation for music history.
