It turns out we were fools to forget about the old expression—Vases made out of writing implements always come in pairs—because last week we made a whole big deal about some vases made out of bunches of glued-together pencils, and that was before we realized that a vase made out of melted-together crayons existed. Now it's clear that this is obviously the best vase and we feel a little silly. Next up: vases made out of sharpies? Somebody make it happen.
