This is a great invention because it takes something that you are probably doing right now—fidgeting in a chair—with something you probably should be doing—charging your phone. The MOOV chair, designed by Nathalie Teugels, would take the energy that you create by fidgeting and convert it into the kind of energy that goes into your smartphone. The only downside is that it sounds like you would probably have to fidget a lot, even more than you normally do, so maybe you could just use the MOOV chair while watching very tense episodes of your favorite TV shows.
